We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst/ Data Analyst to join our team. As a Product Analyst (Data Insights), you will use your expertise in query scripting languages (e.g., SQL, DWB, ETL) to extract insights from our data warehouse, analyze customer behaviour, and inform product decisions. Your goal will be to turn data into actionable recommendations that drive product growth and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Write complex queries using various scripting languages (e.g., SQL, DWB, ETL) to extract data from our data warehouse
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product decisions
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and ETL processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologie

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Product Analyst or similar role
• Expertise in query scripting languages (e.g., SQL, DWB, ETL)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Familiar with user survey tools and collecting user surveys
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R)
• Certification in data analysis or related field

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2years of hands-on experience in product analytics, business analytics, decision sciences, or a related role.

• Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and manipulation from large datasets.

  • Strong command of Python or R for advanced analysis, statistical modeling, and task automation.

  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create impactful, self-service dashboards.

  • Experience with AI tools e.g. Cursor, n8n for quick prototype, automation and development using AI

• Domain Knowledge:

  • Experience with product analytics and CRM/CDP tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Clevertap).

  • Practical experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.

• Analytical Acumen:

  • Familiarity with statistical methods and machine learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, anomaly detection).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to turn data into tangible business impact.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and a passion for understanding user behavior.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.
