Data Analyst

Principle Accountabilities:
•    Delivering reports, datasets, dashboards and presentations using Sales/Rx/Patient data for US Supplier Services 
•    Responsible to write new Python / SQL / SAS codes (including using Proc SQL) and modify/enhance existing codes
•    Responsible to develop and run scripts on Hadoop/Oracle
•    Analyze, Synthesize complicated data into actionable insights, strategies, and tactics and summarize findings in deliverable formats 
•    Strong problem-solving skills with an inclination for research & investigation
•    Proactively develop a deep understanding of relevant IQVIA proprietary databases, methodologies, analytical approaches/frameworks and client business 
•    Ensure proper documentation of projects by creating and updating standard templates, SOPs, and QC checklists  
•    Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
•    Contribute towards automations & process improvements of current projects using AI and other automation tools
•    Interact and develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders / upstream and downstream processes to ensure deliverables are of highest quality, delivered on time and as per the requirements
•    Effective and timely responses to the ad hoc requests from customers and stakeholders

Job Skill Requirements:
•    Expert knowledge of Python, SQL, SAS with minimum 2 years of relevant coding experience
•    Highly proficient in Microsoft applications such as Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Co-Pilot
•    Sound experience with development & administration of BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Spotfire
•    Experienced in Interactive Data Visualization or Very Large Data Bases (VLDB) Analysis project using Hadoop/SQL
•    Prior work experience related to Business KPIs such as sales, growth, share etc. is required.
•    Detail oriented and ability to analyze complicated data sets
•    Strong problem-solving skills with taste for research and investigation and the ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently to meet tight timelines
•    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, leads, stakeholders along with teamwork spirit
•    Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
•    Prior experience of working with IQVIA datasets and understanding of US Healthcare industry plus
