Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to manage, analyze, and visualize data using Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate will acquire, process, and interpret data to support decision-making and business insights.Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and maintain data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop, implement, and optimize databases, data collection systems, and analytical processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Prepare, clean, and validate data by reviewing reports, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring consistency.
Create automated data collection and reporting processes to streamline workflows.
Design and generate dashboards, visualizations, and reports in Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define key business metrics and reporting needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements related to data handling, analysis, and reporting.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
RequirementsRequirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2-3 years (minimum) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros) and Power BI.
Solid understanding of data management, statistical analysis, and reporting techniques.
Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
