Position Overview
The Data Analyst will work as part of the Enterprise Services Operations team and is expected to perform the fundamental core responsibilities described below. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Global CRM team, members of the Business Development team, and all relevant departments to support data initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain data hygiene by creating, updating and deleting records in applicable systems in a scalable way, including writing Python or SQL scripts for automation of data updates, etc.
- Assist in process standardization and automation
- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to produce reports for Business Development efforts, including gathering requirements, creating report templates, and routinely updating reports
- Apply analytical skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems, extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, and contribute to the development of data-driven outcomes
- Analyze reports to draw meaningful conclusions, highlight trends, extract insights to support decision-making
- Prepare and present reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identify and investigate issues or inconsistencies with data
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics preferred
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with Python Libraries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with Power BI preferred
