Data Analyst

As a member of the Data Management & Insights team, you will play a key role in transforming and analyzing data from multiple sources, developing impactful reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity and quality. You will collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Data Administration, and other teams to support processes for effective data analysis, and reporting using technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Python, and REST APIs.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Collaborate with the business to understand data & reporting requirements through meetings and discussions

• Develop and maintain PowerBI/SSRS reports and dashboards

• Develop SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and load data into MS SQL database

• Develop Python code to automate data import from REST API and other services

• Work with the business to test, trial, model, and implement relevant emerging data-related technologies that help drive business improvement and growth

• Support the automation of manual data processing

• Provide the access security roles and assignments

• Maintain and administer existing applications (SQL Monitor; backend: Microsoft SQL)

• Perform data quality reviews and manage required corrective actions to solve the data quality issues

• Offer support and operational activities through the internal Ticketing platform

• Support and optimize existing data interfaces between different tools and ensure the execution of the procedures

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field

• 2+ years of experience developing and designing reports and dashboards in tools like Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau

• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and designing data structures (certifications are a plus)

• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing

• Experience in data analytics (master data, metadata, data modeling)

• Good knowledge of Python (advanced level is an advantage)

• Experience writing automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

• Knowledge of REST APIs is a plus

• Proficiency in English (oral, written, and interpersonal skills)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Team player with attention to detail and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
