Job Description:
The Data Analyst works within the Customer Strategy team and collaborates closely with Customer Journey Experts and other stakeholders to support the achievement of the Growth Tribe strategic and business objectives.
The Data Analyst acts as a key analytical player, translating customer data into actionable insights that drive customer strategy andcommercial initiatives.
The main focus of the role is to analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and commercial initiatives, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and campaign set-up.
The Data Analyst contributes to the definition, monitoring, and evaluation of customer strategies by leveraging structured data analysis on commercial behavior.
To enable this, the role requires a strong understanding of customer data, analytical methodologies and performance measurement, as well as the ability to extract learnings from historical data and apply them to future strategic initiatives. The Data Analyst works across different departments and organizational levels, acting as a connector between data, business needs and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for analytics, high attention to detail and data quality, while maintaining a holistic view of customer dynamics. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to influence business decisions through clear insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial initiatives, customer journeys, and communication strategies, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc analyses, ensuring high data quality, consistency and comparability over time.
- Support Customer Strategy and Growth initiatives by identifying behavioral patterns, opportunities and risks across the customer base.
- Own analytical requests from multiple stakeholders, managing priorities autonomously and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality outputs.
- Provide data-driven guidance to Customer Journey Experts and Campaigners, supporting targeting strategies, contact policies and optimization initiatives.
Educational Qualifications:
- Strong analytic background
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics
Technical, Language and other specialized skills:
- Knowledge of SAS or SQL programming language
- Knowledge of databases and cloud environments
- Preferred Experience with Campaign Management tools
- Preferred knowledge of CRM and marketing campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills, passion for data, rigor in analysis, accuracy and attention to detail in data management
- Accountability and proactivity: take ownership of assigned activities and their timely delivery, with the ability to propose innovative approaches to analyses and activities
Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Preferred background in multinational companies within CRM, Customer Intelligence, or Campaign Management teams
