Job Description:
We Are Omnissa!
Omnissa is the first AI-driven digital work platform, built to support flexible, secure, work-from anywhere experiences. We integrate industry-leading solutions—including Unified Endpoint Management, Virtual Apps and Desktops, Digital Employee Experience, and Security & Compliance—into a seamless, autonomous workspace that adapts to how people work. Our platform boosts employee engagement while optimizing IT operations, security, and cost.
Guided by our Core Values—Act in Alignment, Build Trust, Foster Inclusiveness, Drive Efficiency, and Maximize Customer Value—we’re growing rapidly and committed to delivering meaningful impact. If you're passionate about shaping the future of work, we’d love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
The Data Operations team within Omnissa’s Product organization plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support. We don’t just build dashboards—we uncover insights that drive strategic decisions and accelerate growth.
As a Data Analyst, you will partner with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to explore complex datasets, identify patterns, and solve real business problems. You’ll go beyond reporting to deliver actionable recommendations that influence product strategy, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity, using data to tell compelling stories and guide decision-making.
What you’ll do?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical frameworks.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and present insights that influence product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement.
- Design and build dashboards and reports as needed to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Board of Directors meetings, Executive Leadership Team (ELT) asks —but focus on driving business outcomes, not just visualizations.
- Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Independently investigate and explain movements in ARR, renewals, churn, or product adoption.
- Play a pivotal role in evaluating new data needs and determine the optimal way to collect and store data.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
- 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong skills and experience in Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into frameworks that can be acted upon using analytical solutions.
- Experience using data (often from disparate sources) and metrics to generate insights and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).
- Background in management consulting or experience solving strategic business problems.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ACV, ARR, NRR, GRR, retention, churn).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities independently.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with Python/R for automating statistical analysis.
- Experience using Salesforce for GMT analytics.
- Understanding of data governance, schema design, and scalable analytics infrastructure.
Location: Bengaluru, India
Location Type: Hybrid
