With appropriate training and guidance, the Data Analyst will be expected to demonstrate a combination of business knowledge; where they must be able to understand the logic behind data as explained by senior team leaders, including knowing where it came from, what it means, and the data's end purpose, and the technology impacts.

- Track and report activity results in a "real time" fashion via internal databases and reporting tools.
- Conduct lessons learned at the end of each conversion phase for continuous improvement purposes.
