What you will be doing:
- Diving into internal consumer and product data to help speed up decision making and move key business metrics. Explain the “what” and “why” of data results.
- Monitoring current reports, models, and key datasets for accuracy, usage, and consistency as business needs evolve.
- Making connections between data that might seem unrelated, thinking creatively, and working through ambiguity to get to the right answer.
- Using your skills to clearly explain your findings by turning messy questions and complex results into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Owning analytics models in dbt by building and maintaining analytics models that capture business logic in a scalable, reusable way to power dashboards, reporting, and stakeholder self-serve.
- Bridging gaps between the data and the business by working with cross-functional teams across the US and India office to create and communicate actionable, data-based insights.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and other BI solutions using tools available in the landscape including and not limited to Tableau and Snowflake.

- Excellent data visualization skills, preferably using Tableau, and familiarity with best-in-class dashboarding techniques.
- Experience working cross-functionally with other teams and departments. This position will require bringing different disciplines and points of view together, as well as balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience communicating with collaborators at all levels, from IC engineers to members of our executive team.
- An ownership mentality – this analyst will be the expert of the data in their product space and expected to fully understand related data, definitions, and their implications on the business.
