About the Role:

The Data Analyst will support sales, vendor management, marketing, business stakeholders and COE colleagues. The focus of this role includes developing and delivering the information necessary for making business decisions and providing actionable intelligence that allows senior management to better manage the business.  Additional focus for this role may include interpreting data, analyzing results using various techniques and extracting information which can offer ways to improve products and business approaches thus influencing business decisions. This includes understanding and reviewing current processes and coordinating and collaborating across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive solutions are delivered.  

What You'll Do:
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational finance reports, analytical tools, and self-service capabilities in collaboration with Analytics COE colleagues and IT

  • Partner with the business to develop data, tools, reporting, and analysis to support revenue, profit, and market share growth for TD SYNNEX Corporation

  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Analytics team within IT to deliver solutions that meet business needs

  • Work with business users to develop queries, portal views, and analytical models to provide senior leaders with the information and proactive analysis needed for informed business decisions

What We're Looking For:
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, MIS, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.

  • Intermediate knowledge/experience with BI/BW tools, PowerBI, and SQL.

  • Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques and programming languages (R, Python) is a plus.

  • Effective interaction with all levels of management.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Build effective working relationships.

  • Quick learner of new systems and technology.

Hybrid Work Schedule: This role is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance three days per week. The remaining days may be worked remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring collaboration and support for team objectives.
