Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst who will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on data to help the organization make informed business decisions. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful and actionable insights that enable teams to optimize operations, improve strategies, and achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to support data-driven decision-making.

Experience: 8+ years 
 

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources

• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights

• Transform raw data into actionable insights that support business objectives

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders

• Support management and business teams with data-driven recommendations

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and systems

• Automate recurring reports and analysis to improve efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, finance, and operations

• Document data definitions, processes, and analysis methodologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role

• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

• Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting frameworks

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts

• Experience working with large or complex datasets
