Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and analyze data using established statistical methods to create documentation, charts, dashboards, lagging and leading measures, and reports using Stored Procedures, Data Cubes, Microsoft Power Bi, and Report Builder.
- Be the technical expert on a variety of supply chain processes and their datasets. Manage and deliver reporting projects that are accurate, actionable, and meet the highest quality and data maturity standards. Maintain and improve existing reporting, indicators, and metrics.
- Use and research improvements to established data sources such as Stored Procedures and Data Cubes.
- Review and validate reporting results; resolve and mitigate data inconsistencies.
- Build ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- Manage communication and projects with customers over Jira tickets. Troubleshoot reports and legacy solutions as needed. Manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders (customers, peers, project team, and support groups) to improve processes to avoid data inconsistencies or to improve the quality of the data at the point of data entry.
- Collaborate with data owners to make system improvements.
- Communicate effectively through video calls, in person meetings, writing, documentation, and presentations in a variety of settings to complete projects, communicate progress, and share feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate SEL values.
- Pursuing a career in business-intelligence data analytics.
- Related technical BS degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or related experience.
- 3+ years of experience building business intelligence data analytics reporting solutions.
- Experience utilizing Atlassian's Confluence and Jira to manage documentation, tasks and projects. Able to apply strong knowledge of MS Excel formula language.
- Able to apply strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Query and experience with M formula language.
- Able to apply strong knowledge of Microsoft business intelligence suite, Power BI, and Report Builder.
- Able to apply strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft's Windows Operating System and Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, judgment, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills in person and over video calls.
- Ability to learn and communicate technical/scientific information or concepts effectively, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, non-technical language tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Ability to multitask and effectively reprioritize tasks in a dynamic setting to meet deadlines.
- Ability to receive and provide quality feedback in a professional manner.
- Goal and customer service oriented.
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
- Negative drug test result(s).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience querying using MDX language.
- Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and/or purchasing data.
- Experience analyzing data using VS Code, Python with Pandas, and git. Experience with computer programming languages.
- Experience managing repositories utilizing Bitbucket.
- Experience working with Microsoft's SharePoint.
- Experience troubleshooting VBA code in Excel.
- Experience with data science analytics that require statistical analysis.

Pay range
New hires generally start between $84,240-$124,488. Our salary ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
