About us:

BetterMe — an all-in-one well-being ecosystem empowering millions to become better — physically, mentally, and emotionally. We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others.

Your impact:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team: analyze Performance Marketing data (campaigns, budgets, ROI/ROAS) to find patterns and opportunities on your own, and turn them into insights that impact the business — e.g. spot underperforming campaigns and show the effect of a proposed change;
  • Automate and streamline marketing operations: build scripts and tools connecting to ad platform APIs to monitor campaign status, performance, and budgets, and create AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs to speed up routine tasks;
  • Support dashboards and reports when needed, to keep campaign performance and KPIs visible;
  • Contribute to our internal BetterBI system, combining marketing, finance, and product data.

About you:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Marketing/Performance Marketing Analytics;
  • A track record of business-impacting cases where you personally identified an opportunity or problem in campaign data, suggested a change, and achieved measurable results (e.g. increased revenue or ROAS, or saved budget).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python skills for data manipulation and scripting;
  • Solid understanding of paid marketing platforms and their metrics — Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads;
  • Practical experience with AI tools and prompt engineering to solve business tasks;
  • Strong business sense — you understand how marketing metrics work and why they change;
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Tableau)
