The Data Analyst at Array will bring foundational knowledge in data analysis and lead our engineering and product teams to solve the biggest problems and challenges that we’re facing. You will work with business and technology leaders to understand the holistic business strategy and then design and execute against technical strategies for delivery. This position will likely report to the CEO and focus their work with the product data team.

This role will leverage a 2 day paid interview technical assignment as a part of the hiring process. For candidates that do well during the paid interview, we will consider moving to a 180 day contract or probationary period.

You Will:

  • Provide ongoing technical problem-solving and data analysis to support business needs effectively.
  • Experience analyzing consumer front-end data to identify barriers to conversion and drive improvements.
  • Proven track record of using data to increase key performance metrics, such as conversion rates or monthly active users.
  • Familiarity with optimizing consumer funnels, focusing on onboarding and application flow enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of how B2B and B2C elements intersect in a B2B2C environment, recognizing related constraints and impacts.
  • Ability to analyze metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rate, and Return on Spend (ROS).
  • Analytical skills to develop data-driven insights that help improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.

You Have:

  • An advanced degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  • Analyze user behavior data to pinpoint areas of improvement in consumer onboarding and conversion flows.
  • Provide insights to inform product decisions that enhance front-end user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Support the product team by identifying and quantifying opportunities for optimization in the B2B2C funnel.
  • Collaborate with product managers to measure the success of initiatives related to consumer engagement and acquisition.
  • Track and report on conversion metrics, CAC, and ROI, offering recommendations to improve performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to help minimize ad spend while maximizing organic conversions.
  • Required: experience in: SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

Pay Transparency: $300 a day for the paid interview. $50/hr for the 180 day contract. 

Expected Interview Process: Recruiter conversation - Paid Interview test (2 days) - potentially meet the lead data analyst.
