    Responsibilities:

    • You will be a critical part of the HR Workforce Planning & Analytics team, which is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering HR reporting and analytics, including the development and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports and customized scorecards/dashboards.

    • You are also responsible for the facilitation and consolidation of wide Workforce Plans and the monitoring and tracking of headcount against the plans.

    • You will provide support to onshore and offshore teams/stake holders by Developing and delivering of HR scorecards/dashboards, analyzing and interpreting the data to provide the organization with insights.

    • You will be consolidating and analyzing HR data and HR/workforce plans from multiple sources using PowerBI as well as Microsoft Excel.

    • You will work closely with multiple teams to support Human Resource technologies such as Workday, various Time Tracking systems, and SAP etc., and may be involved with several other HR technologies relating to workforce management and in recruiting.

    • You will be analyzing data to ensure integrity/accuracy and structure data to help support or provide business recommendations.

    • You will collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data (headcount, turnover, hiring trends, absenteeism, diversity, etc.).

    • You will identify patterns and trends in workforce metrics to inform HR strategies.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of relevant experience required ideally in HR Workforce Analyst profile.

    • Solid understanding of HR data and reporting/metrics requirements.

    • Highly proficient in PowerBI, Microsoft Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, advanced charting etc.) and proficient in MS PowerPoint.

    • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness as well as ability to exercise independent judgment with direction from supervisor.

    • Ability and commitment to excellent customer service and to developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
