Job Description:
The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving data analytics, campaign management, data visualization, and advanced modeling efforts to optimize business outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and project management skills to deliver impactful insights and manage cross-functional projects effectively.
Job Role:
- Collaborate closely with business units across divisions to identify opportunities and apply advanced analytical techniques, delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business units and marketing teams to design, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns.
- Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to predict customer behavior, segment audiences, and enhance targeting strategies.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Skills Required:
We are seeking individuals with the following types of skills:
- A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python/SQL/SAS
- Experience with Data visualization tools (PowerBI/Qlikview/Tableau etc)
- Knowledge of Direct Marketing and Customer Analytics concepts – such as statistical modeling, customer segmentation, event-based marketing, campaign management and campaign effectiveness analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Financial services experience preferred but not essential.
