What You'll Do
Be the Analytics Champion
- Drive data-driven decision making across our entire product suite
- Build dashboards and KPI monitoring that guide strategic decisions
- Partner with engineering, product, and operations to uncover game-changing insights
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and business metrics that directly impact millions of users
Shape Product Strategy
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize user experience
- Provide analytical support for multiple product squads simultaneously
- Deliver strategic business analysis that influences our roadmap
- Help evolve our analytics infrastructure and tooling
What We're Looking For
- SQL Expert: Advanced skills in managing complex, large-scale datasets
- Storyteller: Ability to find meaning in data and communicate insights clearly
- Analytics Pro: Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and statistical significance
- Tool Savvy: Familiarity with Tableau, Databricks, Python/R is highly valued
- Collaborative: Strong communication skills across technical and business teams
- Startup Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to roll up your sleeves
