We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, helping optimize operational efficiency and support decision-making processes. You should be passionate about metrics, monitoring, and automation—always looking for ways to improve efficiency through data.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Processing

• Gather and integrate data from multiple sources into complex models.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation and cleansing.
• Automate data extraction and transformation processes to enhance efficiency.

Data Analysis & Visualization

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to generate insights and forecasts.
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for clear, impactful data communication.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Generate regular performance reports to highlight progress and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize Power BI reports for scalability and sustainability across large datasets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with different teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects requiring analytics and actionable insights.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data analytics, supporting and guiding colleagues.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power BI, including:   

1. Report development
2. Data modeling & dataflows
3. DAX calculations & Power Query

• Experience creating interactive Power BI reports from multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (preferred).
• Data & metrics-driven mindset – comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Strong analytical background, capable of working in ambiguous situations.
• Strong business communication skills, with the ability to write compelling proposals.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
