Primary Job Function :

Take responsibilities for preparation, organization, analysis of internal and external sales & market data  Support the business by providing insights through secondary research data  Provide data-driven insights for evidence based decision making

Core Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct data analysis to track and measure relevant Commercial KPIs
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales for developing insights and business reports
• Core data gathering, organization & analytics process to track the sales performance 
• Commercial training to sales teams on data and reports
• Manage quality of secondary data with deep understanding of each data

Minimum Experience/Knowledge required :

• 2 ~ 3 year experience at CE, MKT or Sales Department in Pharma Industry
• Excellent excel and data analysis skills
• Superior planning, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels and types of people
