We are currently seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team at Neo Group. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and alignment of comprehensive budget models with organizational goals and segments.
- Create detailed forecasts for costs, revenues, and other key metrics by utilizing historical data and market trends.
- Provide insights into profitability, growth opportunities, and cost efficiencies by analyzing data to identify key segments within the business.
- Analyze outcomes against established metrics and benchmarks to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and initiatives.
- Regularly update stakeholders on the progress and outcomes of cost reduction and growth efforts by monitoring and tracking them.
- Support the achievement of company goals by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, CRM, and Business Development.
- Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems with precision.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python/KNIME, and analytical libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
- Demonstrated mastery of Excel and its data manipulation functions.
- Ability to handle and analyze large datasets, and conduct statistical analysis effectively.
- Deep understanding of data management principles and best practices for data governance.
- Keen attention to detail and adeptness in working with intricate data structures.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
- Experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a valuable advantage.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
