Job Description:
The Data Analyst will be pivotal in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver reports and analyses that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
How you will do it:
- Extract data from various sources and ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets.
- Create clear visualizations and reports for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Support decision-making by developing dashboards and KPI metrics.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with statistical analysis tools or software (e.g., R, Python).
- Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
