Data Analyst based in Philippines – Remote Setup
Avid Technology is seeking for a Data Analyst to join the Revenue Analytics team and will be responsible for expanding and refining data models to enhance analysis and reporting capabilities. This role involves building upon existing datasets to enable the calculation and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The analyst will also play a critical role in interpreting and migrating existing data models into the data warehouse, supporting our transition to a more scalable and structured analytics environment. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of revenue and business performance metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and enhance data models to support revenue analysis, KPI tracking, and business insights.
Build and maintain datasets that enable accurate and scalable reporting for key metrics.
Interpret and migrate existing data models into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Design and implement ETL/ELT processes to integrate new data sources and improve data accessibility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
Create reports and dashboards using tools such as Domo and Tableau to monitor performance.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics pipelines and reporting structures.
Support documentation and governance efforts to maintain a well-structured data environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing, to drive data-driven decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence, preferably in a revenue, sales, or marketing analytics environment.
Strong SQL skills for querying and data transformation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience working with platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline development.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and optimize reporting processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights.
Ability to collaborate across teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering, to drive data-driven decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
