Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Data Analyst to become an integral part of our team, focusing on the development of data-driven solutions aimed at enriching our customer relationship management (CRM) strategy to drive performance.
- Analyze and interpret large and complex datasets to develop data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data science solutions to improve our CRM systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate complex analytical insights and solutions to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Build partnership with strategy team to showcase to refine campaign strategy and efficiencies
- Be the key PIC for insights generation for the assigned market cluster
- Timely delivery of analysis as per aligned timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of data analysis experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Proficient in SQL & GCP; strong knowledge of Python
- Experience in strategy and CRM is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP Hybris or Adobe Campaign is a strong advantage
- Ability to translate customer and performance data into actionable CRM insights
