Links Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA.
- Must be a US Citizen
- DoD Secret Clearance required
- Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
The Data Analyst will be an integral part of a development team supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of the US Army’s Southeastern Regional Network Enterprise Center in Fort Stewart, GA. In the role, you will support the transition and migration to SharePoint online. The candidate will oversee the design, development, and support of workflows, lists, forms, databases, and dashboards while also migrating content and tagging metadata in a highly collaborative DevSecOps environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- SharePoint development and support team.
- Implement SharePoint solutions within the environment.
- Work with the SharePoint team and other stakeholders throughout the development process.
- Design and develop workflows, lists, forms, and dashboards
- Ensure SharePoint site standardization via site and content templates, metadata tagging, workflows, and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with customers on a day-to-day basis.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, and Rest API.
- Implements DevSecOps and Agile practices
- Initiate help desk tickets and provide resolution to issues.
- Maintain and refine permissions and SharePoint groups to assist the lead developer in ensuring proper security controls are in place.

Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
- Ten (10+) years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Six (6+) years of experience in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises versions.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, lists, libraries, web parts, and workflows.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using TypeScript, React, or Angular.
- Experience with Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps to create automated workflows and custom applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 development tools and technologies such as Azure, Graph API, and PnP PowerShell.
Preferred:
- IAT Level III Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, etc.).
- MS Certified Power Platform, DevSecOps Engineer, Azure Developer, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
- Experience in Web development (graphical design related to webpage design and layout).
- Experience with SharePoint Framework, SharePoint 2016 design, development, implementation, and testing.
- Experience in C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, Rest API, and Bootstrap Framework.
- Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
- Experience providing quality service and support for mission-critical systems and VIP end users.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
