About The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to be the first in this role at Mochi Health. This is an incredible opportunity to play a key part in our data-driven decision-making processes and make a meaningful impact on our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of data science principles.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze data to discover patterns, trends, and opportunities for enhancing customer engagement and reducing churn
- Develop and implement algorithms for data analysis, focusing on balancing, churn prediction, and more
- Provide actionable insights into customer behavior, including churn analysis to identify if issues are product-based or cost-related
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-driven strategies that boost customer acquisition and retention
- Make recommendations to improve data collection processes and ensure data integrity
- Utilize data to inform decision-making processes in product development, marketing, and other critical business areas
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across different teams
- Design data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights
Who You Are:
- A Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 1-2 years of experience in Data Analytics
- Skilled in Python, SQL, and experience in data analytics and data science techniques
- Proven capability to make data-driven decisions and effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experienced in churn analysis and customer segmentation
- Knowledgeable about pricing strategies and customer acquisition cost (CAC) analysis
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for recognizing patterns and predicting trends based on data
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with a team-oriented approach
