  • Data Management & Integrity: Execute complex SQL queries to manage custom tables, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and readiness for business-critical analyses.
  • Dashboard Development: Use data visualization tools to craft intuitive, high-level dashboards that give clear insights into essential customer support metrics, enabling leaders to make informed, strategic decisions.

  • Data Strategy for New Initiatives: Collaborate with the TechOps team to identify, track, and present data that supports innovative customer experience projects.
  • Documentation & Workflow Transparency: Develop comprehensive documentation for queries, processes, and dashboards, fostering knowledge-sharing and continuity across data workflows.
  • Strategic Memos & Scoping: Draft investment memos and strategic plans for data-related initiatives that optimize customer support capabilities.
  • Patch Management: Oversee testing, deployment, and validation of security patches across our infrastructure to protect data integrity and service continuity.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven background in technical support, IT operations, or system administration, particularly in high-paced environments. Skilled in diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with major operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
  • Scripting Skills: Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for task automation.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL framework best practices, especially in incident management and service delivery.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: A strong analytical mind with the ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: An unwavering commitment to high standards in technical operations.
  • Independent & Collaborative: Able to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively within a team to meet service level agreements.
  • Growth-Oriented: A drive for continuous learning, staying on top of industry trends, and developing new technical skills.

What We Do

Clipboard Health uses technology to help nursing facilities (SNFs, senior care, hospitals) get the right nurse at the right place at the right time (CNAs, LVNs, RNs, NPs, etc). There is a well-known shortage of nurses nationwide, meanwhile many new nursing graduates are still unable to find a job 18 months after graduation. Clipboard health aims to solve this problem for the 4 million nurses who comprise one of top three most common jobs in the country. With a presence in multiple locations around the country, Clipboard Health is an alumnus of the incubator Y Combinator.
