The OpportunityWe are seeking a curious, detail-oriented Data Analyst who can transform complex information into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve reporting, and support decisions that strengthen business performance. What You’ll Do- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and performance scorecards.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, then communicate findings in a clear business context.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs, metrics, and success measures.
- Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and analytical processes.
- Translate business questions into practical analyses and recommendations.
- Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, finance, statistics, information systems, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience analyzing data and developing reports or dashboards.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL and a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Ability to organize complex information, recognize patterns, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written, verbal, and data-visualization skills.
- A collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and the initiative to investigate beyond the initial request.
