KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Collect, analyze, and use relevant data to support business steering, decision-making, and value creation.
- Understand business needs and support the preparation of clear specifications for data and analytics solutions.
- Identify, collect, clean, structure, and prepare data required for analysis and reporting.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and performance indicators.
- Build clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Provide data-based recommendations to improve activities, services, processes, and business performance.

- Coordinate and support the métier Data Analyst community to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical support, coaching, and competency development for citizen developers and business users.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent qualification.
- 3 - 4 years of Data Analytics or related technical experience.
- Hands-on experience in Business Intelligent solutions such as Power BI and M365 platform.
- Proficiency in the use of Python and SQL.
- Working experience with any advance analytics application as is an added advantage.
- Ability to set priorities, work independently, and consistently deliver results with minimal direction.
- Proven success working across teams, with the ability to clearly communicate in diverse, multi-functional environments.
- Skilled at analyzing data, identifying patterns, and ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
