About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience transforming data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to analyze large datasets, build dashboards, automate reporting, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business sources.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational and executive teams.
Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting using Python and SQL.
Create visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Support operational, workforce, and financial analytics initiatives.
Document analytical processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.
Requisitos
- 1–2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience building dashboards and executive-level reports.
- Advanced Python for data analysis and automation.
- Advanced SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data transformation, and data modeling.
- Experience with statistical analysis, APIs, and data integrations.
- Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with Data Analytics Lifecycle, Data Governance, BI best practices, and Agile environments.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling.
- Certifications such as:
