Job Description

OVERVIEW:

• Location: RedQ

• Department: NMC

• Entity: NMC

• Status: Full Time

• Identifies data integration and data acquisition requirements by interviewing potential stakeholders (end user, business user, external party etc)

• Perform accurate and timely VR (Journey Log) data entry into the system.

• Ensure all VR entries are completed within the required timeline to support daily operational reporting.

• Monitor incoming VR records and ensure all completed flights are captured in the system.

• Verify that required VR information, including flight details, aircraft, crew, fuel, timings, and other operational data, is complete and accurate.

• Monitor and verify electronic VR (eVR) updates and ensure the data is correctly reflected in the system.

• Identify and report any missing, incorrect, or inconsistent VR/eVR data for timely correction.

• Perform periodic checks to identify missing or abnormal records and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain proper records of corrections, exceptions, and outstanding issues.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve VR/eVR data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

• Prepare and complete daily, weekly, and monthly VR/eVR reports within the required deadlines.

• Ensure reports are based on verified and validated data.

• Monitor report completion status and follow up on outstanding VR entries.

• Provide accurate operational data and summaries to relevant stakeholders.

• Support preparation of management reports, KPI reports, and compliance reports where required.

• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for submitted reports.

• Implement visualisation of data via reporting, dashboard, tabulated date etc.

​Desired Skills & Experience

• Degree/MS, Statistics, Applied Math or other quantitative field

• Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis

• Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation

• Experienced in Machine Learning and Statistics

• Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modelling skills

• Experience with expert skill set in statistical software i.e. R, Stata, SAS, Matlab, Numpy & etc

• Experience using data visualization platform such as Tableau, Chartio, Data Studio in both an analytical and development capacity will be added advantage.
