Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
1. Maintain ongoing client reporting requirements such as weekly campaign summaries and performance dashboards.
2. Perform data ETL, design and deliver reports and dashboards (preferable Power BI).
3. Write SQL queries for data extraction and transformation to support reporting and ad hoc requests.
4. Collaborate with the Associate Analytics Director on:
Designing and optimizing data strategies and architectures.
Building predictive models using client datasets to understand customer behaviours.
Evaluating new data sources to enhance insight capabilities.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficient in SQL and capable of managing analytics projects from end to end.
Good command of English, especially in professional and technical communication. Nice to have:
Experience in applied statistics (e.g. regression, hypothesis testing).
Familiarity with data science toolkits such as Python, R, or MatLab.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.
Understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g. Decision Trees, SVM, Random Forest).
Experience with ETL tools
Basic coding in HTML/CSS, AMPscript, or JavaScript for marketing
