We’re looking for people who are curious about or fluid with AI, open to change, and excited to learn how technology can improve the way we work and help our customers which is always supported by strong human insight and communication.
The QA Data Analyst maintains and assures the quality of Klipboard’s automotive catalog data, making sure parts, vehicle, labour and interchange information is accurate, complete and ready for customers to use. Working as a fully competent individual contributor, the role loads, reviews and validates catalog data, extracts and transforms information from industry-standard formats such as ACES and PIES, and resolves data-quality issues with limited supervision. Success looks like catalog content customers can trust – high coverage, few defects, and timely updates that reflect changes across the automotive aftermarket. Day to day, the role works within a catalog data operations team using Excel, relational databases and catalog configuration systems, and partners with product, development and customer-facing colleagues to keep data standards high. As a mid-level (P3) role, it balances hands-on data-quality delivery with growing automotive-industry and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of customer marketing programs and cross-sell initiatives across North America, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email marketing, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with campaign setup, execution, tracking, and reporting using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, including logistics, communications, stakeholder engagement, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Manage marketing project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of campaign activities, assets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment, quality execution, and successful delivery of marketing programs.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, program trackers, and related operational records.
- Support lead management activities, including list uploads, data management, campaign tracking, and data quality initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to track effectiveness, measure outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate marketing data, campaign records, and reporting systems to ensure operational excellence and reliable performance insights.
- Support the maintenance of marketing systems, databases, and campaign assets to enable efficient execution of marketing activities.
- Deliver high-quality marketing communications and customer programs that enhance customer engagement and experience.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to support the achievement of business and marketing objectives.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the marketing team.
