Acquire data from primary or secondary sources
Interpret data using statistical techniques and propose actionable insights to drive business decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and plan analytical approaches that create maximum value
Build reports, dashboards, and other presentations to communicate analysis results effectively
Analyze and establish data/project requirements, validating data at different stages of development
Develop, implement, and maintain feedback loops to improve data extraction processes continuously
Collaborate closely with other teams to identify and address data and analytical needs
Experience working with customer data
Strong analytical thinking with ability to understand and prioritize business needs in data analysis
Understanding of financial industry products and Retail banking processes is an advantage
2+ years of experience in SQL, Knime
Good command of MS Office with advanced Excel skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Readiness to show initiative and take full ownership
Ability to execute tasks both individually and in teams
Effective communication skills and capability to work simultaneously with several stakeholders
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
