As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Leading the collection, organization, and maintenance of data to ensure its accuracy and availability for complex analysis.

• Conducting in-depth data exploration to uncover advanced insights that inform strategic business decisions and initiatives.

• Partnering with business stakeholders to define, track, and evaluate key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Designing and developing comprehensive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau to effectively communicate complex data insights and trends to senior management and stakeholders.

• Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes and drive business growth.

• Ensuring compliance with data governance policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.

• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering actionable business insights through data exploration and visualization.

• Demonstrates proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

• Possesses a deep understanding of data governance, data integrity, and compliance standards.

• Is experienced in collaborating with business stakeholders to define key metrics and evaluate business performance.

• Demonstrates a proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques for data analysis and visualization.
