Solstice Advanced Materials is looking for a Data Analyst to support our Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program across the EU and UK / US. 

You will collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and insight generation.

This role can be located in Morris Plains, NJ or Geismar, LA. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Map and track EPR obligations across Solstice businesses in the EU and UK / across US States and Canada
  • Collect, validate, and analyze packaging, sales, and environmental data
  • Investigate and implement alternative compliant packaging types [FF1] in partnership with Logistics and Manufacturing organizations
  • Support regulatory reporting and monthly leadership reporting
  • Maintain accurate data within EPR management systems and reporting tools
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve data quality and compliance
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to resolve data issues and improve processes
  • Support audits, evidence gathering, and continuous improvement activities
  • Help translate complex sustainability data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Qualifications

Must Have

  • Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in sustainability, environmental compliance, and circular economy topics

We Value

  • Exposure to EPR, packaging compliance, or environmental reporting
  • Familiarity with UK pEPR, EU PPWR, or related US and Canadian legislation
  • Knowledge of sustainability frameworks such as GHG accounting, ESG reporting, and SBTi

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $87762k-$109703. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate's work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
