The Data Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and analysis of operational data within ABM and TRAX platforms. This position serves as the primary point of contact system oversight, reporting, data integrity, mobile device management, and operational analytics. The role supports leadership teams by providing actionable data insights, monitoring cleaning performance and inspection trends, and ensuring system functionality to support daily airport operations. ResponsibilitiesTRAX System Administration
- Oversee and maintain data accuracy and integrity within the TRAX platform.
- Manage TRAX user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
- Coordinate and maintain TRAX licensing requirements, including adding, updating, and removing licenses as needed.
- Monitor system performance and collaborate with TRAX support teams to resolve issues.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and distribute recurring operational reports.
- Run and analyze cleaning alert reports to identify trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate inspection reports and track performance metrics across operational areas.
