As a Data Analyst you will be defining and implementing analytics solutions to business problems and creating reporting to support business operations utilising advanced analytics techniques.
This is located in our West Perth office.
What will you be doing?
Clearly defining data requirements to enable efficient analysis and testing of hypotheses through discovery analytics.
Building appropriate solutions, models, or algorithms to effectively address and resolve complex problems.
Supporting various business streams with reporting to support decision making and ensuring the business is set up for success.
Recommending and creating appropriate documentation and governance to ensure repeatability and auditability of processes.
Driving efficiencies and contributing to the long-term strategy of the business unit, simplifying people and business processes to support the RAC strategy and culture.
Cross-skilling team members to build overall capability and developing strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
Providing clear communication about progress, challenges, and deliverables, presenting analytical results to gain buy-in, and using storytelling to demonstrate the value of analytics solutions, thereby influencing their application to ensure value creation.
What are we looking for in you?
Demonstrated experience in an advanced analytics role, solving complex business problems with analytics.
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with analytics tools.
Experience with Power BI, including building and managing reports and dashboards.
Experience with Azure will be highly regarded.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, such as Business or Statistics.
