- Analyse residents' feedback, requests, complaints, and service patterns to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.
- Work closely with operational teams to provide insights that improve resource allocation, maintenance planning, and community programmes.
- Support management in identifying emerging trends and developing data-driven strategies to enhance the living environment and resident experience.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data governance, accuracy, and accessibility across the organisation.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders to support business reviews and planning discussions.
- Support ad-hoc studies, surveys, and projects related to operational performance and community outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance analysis.
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
