The Data Analyst is responsible for translating and programming vast amounts of data into understandable, relevant, and actionable information. The Analyst interfaces with business units (Finance, HR, etc.) across the organization to provide business insights and design and deliver reports. They are engaged in developing and promoting effective data governance through documentation and adherence of standards to ensure that the information produced and provided by the Analytics team is accurate and trusted as the source of truth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifies and understands, as well as, acquires, merges, and transforms data from a centralized data warehouse.
Translates data needs of the business to structure and provide recurring data extracts or develop custom solutions for a strategic problem.
Develops and documents on-going maintenance of a data governance operation.
Develops effective auditing and validation processes between the source systems and the centralized data warehouse to ensure accurate and timely availability of data.
Develops, tests, and delivers reports and extracts from the centralized data warehouse using appropriate BI tools.
Integrates data from multiple sources (e.g., public datasets, Excel reports, data warehouse).
Works with cross-functional, agile teams to build and deliver solutions.
Skills and Experience:

Minimum Years of Experience:
Bachelors in Math, Business or Information Systems and 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role, preferably in a healthcare setting (required) or 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree.

Skills Required
