Job Description:

The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting and delivering value to the business through Data & Analytics initiatives.
This position will work closely with subject matter experts, data stewards, and analytics teams to understand challenges and opportunities in core business data. It will support accuracy and consistency of data through analysis and maintenance activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with the business to document and understand requirements and expectations for master data management
  • Perform detailed analysis in support of business requirements and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with business users, data stewards, and technical resources to align on requirements and outcomes
  • Monitor and investigate data quality and consistency issues
  • Document and report on identified issues and create/execute mitigation plans
  • Manage ticket workflows to ensure proper clarity and consistency in issues resolution

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong SQL and data exploration abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of MDM and/or Data Governance concepts.
  • Self-motivated, mission-driven, and highly organized.

Even Better if You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or other analysis-heavy discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
  • Experience with Azure Databricks.
  • Experience with Informatica MDM.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home.
