We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team (Data Analysis Department) at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will be joining a dynamic team that supports the risk business, handles and evaluates claims related to one of our international accounts, and provides quality service as a Marsh representative.

You will receive training and mentorship to learn the ins and outs of the insurance industry, including the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop the skills necessary to support the growth and success of our business.

This is a one-year contract with the possibility of being extended.

We will count on you to:

  • Work directly with Marsh's national and international accounts.
  • Produce reports and data analyses for internal and external clients.
  • Present the generated reports to clients.
  • Document, monitor, and respond to calls and emails.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights.

What you need to have:

  • Higher education in areas such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized profile.
  • Proven experience in Excel, Power BI or other data analysis tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English (minimum B2).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools.
