- Proven ability to apply statistical methods to production data and KPI‑driven performance analysis.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex, and highly technical data sets (e.g., parametric and pass/fail production data) with high analytical accuracy.
- Professional‑level English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Solid foundation in statistics and data analytics.
Requirements (nice to have):
- German language skills.
- Six-Sigma certification (e.g. Greenbelt).
- Production hands-on experience, collaborated, worked together
- Experience with Tibco Spotfire or similar
