As part of the ongoing transformation of our Business Intelligence landscape, we are looking for a Data Analyst - Support & Reporting Intern to support the stability, investigation and continuous improvement of our BI solutions, while also contributing to the development of operator‑centric dashboards for Swiss Markets.
As Data Analyst Support Intern, you will work closely with the Business Intelligence team and business users, with a hybrid role combining support, data investigation and reporting delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Support & Run
Provide functional support on existing Power BI reports and datasets (access issues, refresh failures, performance problems, broken visuals).
Monitor recurring issues, perform initial triage, document findings and escalate with clear and structured evidence.
Investigation & Data Quality
Investigate data and reporting inconsistencies between source systems, curated layers and reports.
Contribute to data quality initiatives by performing reconciliation checks, sanity checks and basic anomaly detection.
Collaborate with BI, Data and IT stakeholders to clarify definitions and “source of truth” rules.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
Collect and translate operator reporting needs into clear and actionable requirements (KPIs, daily operations, constraints).
Participate in the design, development and testing of Power BI dashboards aligned with business needs and BI standards.
Improve existing reports by enhancing usability, clarity and performance.
Continuous Improvement
Support ongoing initiatives related to the Federated Data Platform and the evolution of reporting within Swiss Markets, including rationalization and adoption of BI solutions (Microsoft Fabric)
Profile :
Student in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
Knowledge of BI tools, particularly Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL language is a plus.
Strong interest in the field of Business Intelligence and data analysis
Proactive, team player, with strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in French and English
Internship conditions
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
• The internship must be part of your study program.
• The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.
• The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.
Position based in Geneva from end of June 2025 for 6 months
