As a Data Analyst, Supply Chain you will analyze complex data across ERP, OMS, CRM, and planning systems, identify trends and insights, The role involves developing optimizing processes with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy and integration, and supporting AI initiatives through data preparation and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex supply chain data across multiple enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, and SC Planning tools) to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations and Planning teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

  • Ensure data consistency and quality across these systems to support AI initiatives and predictive analytics.

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, report developers and system architects to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and workflows.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and data champion within the organization.

  • Prepare and curate high-quality datasets for AI model development and testing.

  • Collaborate with AI teams to ensure data readiness for machine learning applications.

  • Contribute to the design and evaluation of AI-driven solutions for supply chain optimization.

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, with 12-15 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, OMS, CRM, and Supply Chain Planning tools. 

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI. 

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, metrics, and performance drivers. 

 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business optimization
  • Certifications in supply chain management or data analytics.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and data integration tools.
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools
