The Data Analyst as a part of the Supply Chain Data Insights and Analytics (SC DIA) team is responsible for providing data and advanced analytics including integrated dashboards, reports, and metrics to the Raytheon Operations, Q&MA, and Supply Chain Organizations. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and support data & analytics, data science prediction & AI, operational reports, and other evaluations to drive operational efficiencies.
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a key member of the SC DIA team supporting all OSCQ data requirements and, ensuring successful performance by developing conforming products and services through effective collaboration, compliance to processes and procedures.
- Analyze large, complex production datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain data pipelines, data validation checks, and documentation.
- Participate in major projects critical to OSCQ strategic CORE initiatives with responsibility for quality of data and reports.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure alignment and data system requirements are met.
- Provide value through data for end-users and other stakeholders.
- Maintain the quality and accuracy of data in applications, reports, and metrics by partnering with the Digital Technology team and other functional representatives, as needed.
- Engage with the OSCQ Team as part of the Agile Release Train(ART)Teams using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires an advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience in the following areas: At least two years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Working experience using databases, including query writing, data mining, and data model interpretation
- Working experience using one or more of the following Dashboard Applications (Power BI or Tableau)
- Working experience evaluating and reviewing data for issue identification.
- Experience designing, developing, data validation and statistical verification, and deploying metric and dashboards for executive management.
- Experience in development/usage of OSCQ metrics and the identification/institution of perceptive verifications.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience producing data visualizations for a variety of different audiences.
- Experience using Alteryx or another data prep / ETL application.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and reporting applications (i.e., PRISM, SAP and Business Warehouse).
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Processes.
- Experience presenting written and verbal communications.
- Demonstrated experience as a change agent, able to energize and influence across all levels, and communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
