Job Description- Data Analyst with a focus on CRM systems and sales operations
- Collect, process, and analyse data from various sources to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM systems and other data analysis tools.
- Proficiency & experience in analysis of sales data, identifying trend and opportunities.
- Advance Tableau Visualisation & Prep
- Familiarity with SQL data extraction and manipulation
- Advance Excel & Google Suite
- Process Mapping & documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of SQL and other data querying languages.
