Senior Data Analyst- Software Development

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and process data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Use statistical techniques and software tools to perform predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Continuously improve processes and tools for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- a bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel. and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques and excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the airline domain.
- knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
