As a leading player in our industry, we are committed to innovation and excellence in everything we do. Our team in the Commercial Area North is dedicated to serving and supporting our business with cutting-edge processes, tools, analytics, and insights.
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play an integral part in driving our business forward through data-driven decision-making. Your primary objective will be to leverage data analytics and insights to empower our teams to make informed decisions and take strategic actions.
What you’ll do:
- Consolidating data relevant for the business.
- Present data and insights in an easy and action-oriented way.
- Checking data availability and integration.
- Own and drive initiatives with Commercial Area North around data preparation and use case analysis.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the markets to support with analytics.
- Secure that the data is transparent and accessible for all.
- Build dashboards suitable for the different business forums and needs.
- Deliver regular reports of results, including web analysis and evaluation of both Business and process KPIs.
Suitable candidates understand and wants to embrace the pivotal challenge of transitioning our business towards data-driven decision-making. They should recognize the transformative potential of data as a powerful tool for driving action. Successful development and deployment of insights on business processes hinges on exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
Who you are:
- Educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. Statistical background is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in creating commercial value with the use of data.
- Experience with data exploration and storytelling.
- Experience with Excel and experience working with Qlik/PowerBI.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Written and Oral (English essential)
