Responsibilities:

  • Statistical Analysis & Reporting: Conduct statistical analysis on data from multiple sources, generate reports to inform management decisions, and ensure data accuracy using appropriate statistical tools.
  • Report Development: Design and produce comprehensive reports, dashboards, and other materials for the division.
  • Data Presentation: Present complex data analyses accurately and effectively to the team.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in office management and perform other assigned duties.
  • Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards, environmental, health, and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Data Management: Implement data management strategies to ensure the integrity and security of data collected from various sources.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data and provide insights that support overall business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data collection and analysis efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field of data analysis or similar.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in data collection and analysis, working with large datasets, and creating detailed reports.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and SQL.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
