Responsibilities:
- Statistical Analysis & Reporting: Conduct statistical analysis on data from multiple sources, generate reports to inform management decisions, and ensure data accuracy using appropriate statistical tools.
- Report Development: Design and produce comprehensive reports, dashboards, and other materials for the division.
- Data Presentation: Present complex data analyses accurately and effectively to the team.
- Administrative Support: Assist in office management and perform other assigned duties.
- Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards, environmental, health, and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Data Management: Implement data management strategies to ensure the integrity and security of data collected from various sources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather necessary data and provide insights that support overall business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data collection and analysis efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of data analysis or similar.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in data collection and analysis, working with large datasets, and creating detailed reports.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Word.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
