Primary Responsibilities:

• Collect employee comments and comments into a centralized dataset on a weekly basis
• Optimize collection process and methods for efficiency and accuracy
• Innovate and maintain automated sentiment and thematic coding of data
• Coordinate and develop employee insights reports
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Microsoft Suite experience including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting tight delivery timelines
• Python for Data Analytics & AI/ML: Hands-on experience in Python for data preprocessing, model training, and analytics workflows using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn
• Skilled in building automated pipelines for external data collection using Python and related libraries
• Proven to highly collaborative and consultative style
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proven to be an innovative thinker that works well in an ambiguous, growth environment
• Proven solid project management approach with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying analytics dashboards and applications on servers using Flask/Streamlit frameworks
